Artist's Bio
Jenny Pagoni
Jenny Pagoni was born in Athens, Greece where she spent the first 14 years of her life. At the age of 14 she moved to the UK where she finished school and completed her BA in Fine Art & Photography.
In 2011 she moved to Paris to study, she completed a masters in Photojournalism and worked as a freelance photojournalist. Upon her return in London she worked as a freelance photojournalist before she completed an MA in Cinematography.
Her work is inspired by her childhood memories and their poetic nature. Most of her projects begin by a simple gaze that she trusts blindly, then the power of reflection helps the shaping of the final image.
Jenny is based in London, UK and currently works on long term personal projects such as photo series and short art film projects.
She uses both digital and analogue means for her work.

This project started as a summertime fun activity to keep my eyes busy as I was going through a tough period of change in my life both in personal terms but also as a professional.
